Impressions 2010 - Penguin
*This post is my impression for the year 2010
I have decided to claim 2010 the year of the penguin. Although my signature penguin dance took root in 2009, this is the year in which it carried momentum - thanks to many of you! So in keeping with the penguin theme I have chosen to reflect on my favorite quote from an excellent movie.

Although on the surface Ramon’s words may come across as a bit arrogant, they also breathe an air of authenticity. Some of us are perhaps a bit more humble in our expression, but at the end of the day we all enjoy being wanted, appreciated, liked… you name it. People often tease me about constantly wanting to be the center of attention and I guess I can’t really deny the desire.
This year I have many things to be grateful for, but if I had to pick just one, it would be feeling liked. I have developed some amazing friendships over the last year and have learned the importance of appreciating the people in my life. So whether you are an old or new friend, thank you for making me feel like the little loved penguin named Ramon.
